针对伺服阀滑阀级在宽温域工况下易产生的卡死现象展开研究,利用Solidworks软件建立用于温度场模拟分析的三维结构模型,并在Ansys Workbench仿真平台中搭建热固耦合场来数值模拟电液伺服阀滑阀处于不同高温环境时的传热过程以及滑阀副的热变形情况,当油液温度下降时,阀体内部以环状形式进行传热,将导致阀芯和阀套的配合间隙的变化,分析得出了温度变化后阀芯与阀套之间径向配合间隙的变化规律.
English Summary:
To analyze the stuck-on phenomenon of the servo valve slide valve in wide temperature operating conditions, a three-dimensional model was established for temperature field simulation based on the Solidworks software. Synchronously, a coupling field of thermal and structural analysis was established on the Ansys workbench platform to simulate the temperature field distribution of the electro-hydraulic servo valve side valve and the thermal deformation of the valve sleeve and the valve core under high temperature conditions. Analysis results show that, when the oil temperature drops, the heat transfer is in the form of ring in the valve body, inducing the variation of the radial clearance between valve core and valve sleeve. Also the analysis results provide a variation law of the radial coordination gap between the valve core and the valve sleeve along with the temperature change.
