基于永磁同步电机动态模型(Park模型),建立了考虑电机控制器注入谐波电流的永磁同步电机电磁转矩模型,以及车用永磁同步电机与机械转子耦合的扭转振动模型,求解永磁同步电机电磁激励扭转振动系统在外界激励下的扭转振动响应,分析了注入谐波电流的频率特征对扭转振动的影响,获得了主动减振条件,并通过试验进行了验证.试验结果表明:在合适的时间内对电机控制器注入满足减振条件的谐波电流可降低由于发动机激励带来的扭转振动.
English Summary:
Based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic model (Park model), considering the influence of current injection on the electromagnetic torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the electromagnetic torque model of PMSM and the torsional vibration model were built for the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mechanical rotor to solve the torsional vibration response of the external excitations. The influence of injected harmonic currents on torsional vibration was analyzed, and the active vibration condition was obtained. And finally, it was verified by a test rig. The test results show that when the harmonic current is satisfied with the active vibration condition, the torsional vibration can be reduced by the injected harmonic current.
