简介:
曹刚,男,特任研究员,博士生导师。长期从事半导体量子计算编码及测控研究,发展了整套高精度超快脉冲序列操控及测量方法,先后实现单量子比特、两量子比特、三量子比特逻辑门操控,进一步编码实现了长相干、快操控兼容的新型杂化量子比特。发表SCI论文60余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications(2篇)、Physical Review Letters(1篇)、Physical Review Applied(2篇)、Science Bulletin(1篇)等期刊发表论文15篇。主持国家基金委面上和青年项目、安徽省引导专项课题,参与科技部重点研发计划、重大研究计划(973)、中科院先导B等多项国家重大研究计划。
