　目前研究方向
我们课题组致力于过渡金属催化的有机合成反应和方法学，包括：

1.
发展新策略高效构建C-C键，C-杂原子；
2.
发展新的基于过渡金属催化的不对称催化反应，特别是阻旋手性等的高效构建；
3.
新催化剂的设计和开发，实现高化学和立体选择性的转化。
