 个人简介

中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授,中国生物物理学会、中国晶体学会理事。
曾作为访问****,分别在美国麻省理工学院生物系(1986.10-1988.6)、美国依里洛依大学厄本-香槟分校生理与生物物理系(1988.7-1989.7)、美国普度大学生命科学系(1992)、美国哈佛大学医学院Dana-Farber肿瘤研究所(1996.8-1997.11)等进修和交流。多年从事生物大分子晶体学和结构生物学研究,目前主要进行真核生物转录调控相关蛋白,DNA修复相关蛋白等的结构生物学研究;曾从事DNA寡聚核苷酸及其DNA-药物复合物的晶体学;病毒晶体学;T-细胞受体及其复合物的晶体学;葡萄糖异构酶蛋白质工程中的结构测定和蛋白质分子设计等研究工作。
多年来主持和参与了多项国家科技部、基金委和中国科学院的重点和重大课题的研究工作。葡萄糖异构酶蛋白质工程研究获教育部高等教育科学技术二等奖(2001年);安徽省教育厅科技进步一等奖(2000年)。蛇毒蛋白的结构生物学研究获安徽省科学技术二等奖(2010年)。目前主持和参加的研究课题有国家重大研究计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金委面上课题等。在国际、国内著名学术刊物共发表论文一百六十多篇。
