个人简历 Personal resume


洪佩琳：女，浙江宁波人，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系教授，通信与电子系统学科、信息安全学科的博士生导师。主要从事通信与网络领域的教学和科研工作，主讲本科生《计算机网络》课程和本硕贯通课程《网络安全协议》，研究IP网络的路由交换技术、IP网络中服务质量控制机制、IPv6和移动IPv6关键技术、下一代网络体系结构和网络安全技术，自组织网络和P2P通信技术。2006年获北京市科学技术二等奖。1978年10月－1983年7月，中国科学技术大学无线电电子学系本科，获工学学士学位；1983年9月－1986年5月，中国科学技术大学电子工程系研究生，获工学硕士学位1986年5月－至今，中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系教师。其中1993年3月－1996年3月和1998年6月－9月在日本工作和研修。
