个人简历 Personal resume


国家创新人才计划青年项目专家,中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系特任教授、博士生导师。2010年获得英国班戈大学博士学位,2012-2015年间在牛津大学从事博士后研究,2016年受聘为中国科学技术大学特任研究员/教授,并获“新创****”荣誉称号。主持承担了多个国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、中科院前沿科学重点研究计划课题等科研项目,并担任多个国际学术会议(ICC、GlobeCom等)技术计划委员会(TPC)成员。主要研究未来高速通信、PHz通信(光载波无线传输)、光(纤)波导中正交频分/空分/模分复用技术、高速数字信号处理算法、光场控制方法、通信跟瞄等,瞄准未来室内“最后一米”通信(扩展现实/全息通信/机器人场景)、智能交通/车联网、基站回传等新型数字应用。已发表80余篇学术论文,其中SCI期刊论文30余篇,SCI累计引用800余次(谷歌学术引用1500余次),荣获2018年度IEEE ICOCN会议最佳论文。撰写“十三五”国家重点出版图书1部,拥有多项美国、欧盟、英国、中国等国家授权的发明专利。在实验上成功地实现了世界首个>10Gb/s高速实时端到端直接强度调制光OFDM通信系统,使得光OFDM技术在推向实际应用上向前迈出了重要一步。
