恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康最主要的疾病之一,本实验室的研究工作主要聚焦于肿瘤的诊断和治疗方面。近期的研究方向主要集中于以下三点:
1. 新型药物和基因传递系统的研究;
2. 疾病的诊断和治疗新材料的开发;
3. 通过研究肿瘤的发生的机制、肿瘤微环境与肿瘤恶化的关系,探索一些新型的肿瘤治疗思路。
