教学领域
面向本科生讲授的课程有：医学细胞生物学，生态学、生物信息学、进化生物学





生物信息学是综合利用生物学、计算机科学和信息技术揭示大量而复杂的生物数据的一门新兴学科。本实验室主要利用生物信息学分析方法，整合转录组学、基因组学、蛋白质组学和宏基因组学等多层次的数据开展重要疾病的发生与发展机制研究；同时，本实验室也开展基于分子生物学数据的各生物类群的比较基因组学和进化生物学研究。
