李鹏辉,男,1989年8月出生,特任副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向是茶树代谢基因组学和茶树发育生物学。先后参与973研究计划、135重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金等研究课题,近5年,在Newphytologist、Plantbiotechnologyjournal、Plant,cell&environment、PNAS等期刊参与发表SCI论文13篇,总引用147次。

2012年9月—2017年6月 博士 华中农业大学植物科学技术学院作物遗传育种方向,导师赵剑教授
2008年9月—2012年6月 学士 河南农业大学农学院农学方向。


 科研情况
茶树功能基因组学研究:利用分子生物学、遗传学、基因组学以及代谢组学等手段,挖掘和解析控制茶树重要农艺性状的基因功能。
1. 花青素/原花青素生物合成调控的分子机制研究;
2. 表皮细胞发育和细胞命运决定的分子机理研究;
3. 茶氨酸生物合成、调控的分子机理研究。
