刘晓莹,博士,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。2013年获得南京理工大学学士学位,2018年获得上海交通大学博士学位。主要从事无线通信,智能物联网等方面研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,浙江省自然科学基金一般项目一项,已在IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等国际顶级期刊上发表SCI论文十余篇。
