孔祥礼，副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究方向为食品营养与健康、谷物科学与生物技术、生物多聚物结构与功能，主持国家、省部及横向相关课题多项，在Carbohydrate Research, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture，《中国酿造》，《食品与发酵工业》等国内外相关知名刊物上发表学术论文多篇，作为主编出版英文学术著作1部（Springer Nature出版社），受邀编写英文学术著作章节3章，获中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖1项，宁波市科技进步二等奖1项。


目前讲授本科生通识课程《生命科学导论》及研究生专业必修课程《生物物理学方法》。
