史治国，浙江大学信息与电子工程学院教授、博导、院长助理，浙江大学工程师学院副院长，IET Fellow，IEEE Network编委，IET Communications编委，Journal of The Franklin Institute编委，浙江省****创新领军人才，浙江省151人才工程第一层次培养人员，浙江省****基金获得者。于浙江大学竺可桢学院\/信息与电子工程学系获工学学士学位，于浙江大学电子科学与技术专业获工学博士学位，2009年12月晋升副教授，2014年12月晋升教授。2011年9月至2013年11月在加拿大滑铁卢大学宽带通信研究组（BBCR）进行合作访问研究。潜心教学，2020年获浙江大学永平教学贡献奖，2017年获浙江大学唐立新名师奖，2016年获浙江大学优质教学一等奖。热爱科研，2020年获中国人工智能学会技术发明一等奖，2015年获教育部科技进步一等奖，2012年获浙江省科学技术二等奖。已授权发明专利80余项，发表学术论文100余篇，论文已被引用3600余次，作为项目负责人承担了国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重点研发计划项目等多项课题。

Zhiguo SHI，full professor at College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University.Dr SHI received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. From 2011 to 2013, he was visiting the Broadband Communications Research Group, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. His current research interests include array signal processing, crowdsensing,target tracking and positioning, IoT system design, and anti-drone system technic and system. He is PI of NSFC project, 863 subproject and several other projects. He has more than 30 issued patents.

Our work entitled “Compressive Sensing-based Coprime Array Direction-of-Arrival Estimation", receivedthe 2019 Premium Award for Best Paper in IET Communications.
Our work entitled “iLoc: A Low-Cost Low-Power Outdoor Localization System for Internet of Things", received the Best Paper Award of 2019 IEEE GLOBECOM.
Chengwei Zhou's doctoral thesis received the award of "Excellent Doctoral Thesis of Zhejiang University".
Our work entitled “Gateway Planning for Hybrid LoRa Networks", received the Best Paper Award of the 12th International Conference of Internet of Things.
