刘明启(1978.12-),男,博士,副教授。2007年毕业于浙江大学,同年进入中国计量大学生命科学学院工作,主要从事酶工程、食品科学相关的教学和科研。\r 近年来,主要开展木聚糖酶定向进化、酶-抑制蛋白互作与分子模拟计算、新型固定化酶等相关研究,主持国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金共计6项,发表论文20多篇。
