1992年4月毕业于天津大学自动化系检测技术自动化专业，获工学硕士学位。2006年4月毕业于浙江大学控制科学与工程系，获工学博士学位。同年起在中国计量学院任教。研究领域包括流量检测技术及仪表开发，传感器信号处理等。
