张斌,男,1981年出生,江苏南通人。2003年获得浙江大学机械制造及自动化专业本科学位,2009年获得浙江大学机械制造及自动化专业博士学位,2010年至2011年在浙江大学控制系从事博士后研究,2012年至今,在中国计量学院从事教学科研工作。\r\r\r
