(1)纳米材料及环境污染物的生物毒理
目前纳米科技运用十分多元,人们可以通过注入纳米药物或长期暴露于纳米材料生产车间等途径,引发纳米安全性的困扰。因此,纳米安全性的研究将成为纳米科学领域所必须迫切关注的议题。另外,PM2.5环境问题日益凸显,PM2.5引发的肺部及心血管毒性机制尚不明确,亟待深入研究。
(2)干细胞示踪剂的研发及利用
针对目前干细胞移植在中枢神经损伤、肝衰竭、尘肺等重大疾病修复治疗中亟需的体内示踪要求,我们拟构建安全、高效的纳米示踪剂,实现对移植干细胞实时、高灵敏、高特异性的体外或体内示踪。
