工作简历 1996年至今在海洋二所从事海洋微波遥感与卫星海洋学研究，2001年获青岛海洋大学物理海洋学博士学位，2003年在中科院地理科学与资源研究所完成博士后研究，2010年8月赴欧洲空间研究所（ESRIN）进行半年合作研究。2000年入选国家海洋局“双百人才工程”，2002年入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”。现为卫星海洋环境动力学国家重点实验室（自然资源部第二海洋研究所）海洋微波遥感团队负责人，浙江大学和河海大学兼职教授，博士生导师，《海洋学研究》编委。

科研成果及奖励 共承担国家、省部级和国际合作项目20余项，在海洋微波遥感机理、遥感技术与应用以及遥感装备研制方面取得多项创新性成果。获省部级科技进步一等奖3次，二等奖3次，三等奖1次，发明专利5项，发表学术论文100余篇，出版专著《合成孔径雷达海面风场、海浪和内波遥感技术》1部。
