个人简介
Dr Yung-Tsang Chen is anAssociate Professor in Civil Engineering at the University of Nottingham Ningbo, China. He received his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Davis in 2010 for a dissertation in “Performance of Structures with Supplemental Brace-Damper Systems.” He also holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He received Travel Awards by the US National Science Foundation and UC Davis, and was a recipient of the 2007 Summer Graduate Student Researcher Award by UC Davis. He also received the HKIE Outstanding Paper Award for Young Engineers/Researchers 2011 by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. His research interests include bridge engineering, earthquake engineering, and structural control. He has published in the journals of Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics, Engineering Structures, and Journal of Bridge Engineering, ASCE.
