梁伟坚博士（Dr Wai Kin Leung）在加入宁波诺丁汉大学商学院之前曾在香港中文大学、香港大学、美国路易斯安那州立大学执教。

梁伟坚博士已在多家世界顶级金融期刊Journal of Business, Journal of Futures Markets, Financial Research, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money, Real Estate Economics 和 Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics发表过论文。梁伟坚博士曾获《国际款待业管理杂志》2006年最佳论文并得到$3000现金奖励，其论文“Asymmetric Correlation and Volatility Dynamics among Stock, Bond, and Securitized Real Estate Markets”亦荣获世界华人不动产学会2011年会年度最佳论文奖。
