个人简介
I have been teaching EFL for the past 20 years in Japan, South Korea, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Canada. I have taught in private, institutional, and public schools to children, teenagers, and adults. My teaching experience includes TOEFL, IELTS, ESP, EAP, and Teacher Training for children and adults. I have managed schools, demonstrated lessons to prospective students, edited and proofread dissertations, fellowship applications, and scientific reports.

研究方向
My main areas of research interest include discourse analysis, motivational orientations in EFL classrooms, communicative competence, and Dogme. I have conducted workshops and presented papers in classroom management skills, building rapport, and conflict management.
