简  历

姚永刚,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1997年毕业于安徽师范大学生物系获学士学位,2003年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获得理学博士学位,同年2月后赴约翰霍普金斯大学医学院(The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine)从事博士后研究工作,2004年10月转至美国国家健康研究院心脏、肺、血液研究所(National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health)学习和工作,2007年12月回昆明动物研究所工作。现为疾病机理遗传学与进化医学学科组负责人。目前已在Am J Hum Genet、Autophagy、PNAS、Alzheimers Dement、Nat Commun等SCI期刊发表论文和评述200余篇,被SCI引用5170多次,h指数=38。先后获得国家自然科学奖二等奖(第二获奖人)、新世纪百千****才工程国家级人选、云南省有突出贡献优秀专业技术人才奖、朱李月华优秀教师奖等奖项与荣誉称号。2009年获得国家****基金和云南省高端科技人才计划资助,先后承担中科院战略性科技专项(B类)(子课题负责人)、973计划(课题负责人)、基金委重点和面上项目等。现担任“Journal of Genetics and Genomics” Editorial Board Member (2010- ), “Journal of Human Genetics” Associate Editor (2011- ), “PLoS ONE” Academic Editor (2012- ), “Infection, Genetics and Evolution” Receiving Editor (2012- ), “Scientific Reports” Editorial Board Member (2016- ), “Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease” Associate Editor (2018- ), “Zoological Research” Associate editor (2010.12 – 2012.08) and Editor-in-chief (2012.09- )。

研究方向

致力于人类疾病机理的遗传机制与进化医学研究,按照EAF (E = Evolutionary analysis; A = Association study; F = Functional assay)三层次,带领团队深入开展神经和免疫系统相关疾病的遗传易感解析和机制研究,通过对阿尔茨海默症、精神分裂症、LHON等神经精神疾病以及感染性疾病麻风的遗传易感性解析,试图阐明机体神经系统与免疫系统紊乱和病变导致的复杂临床表型的遗传基础与机理。力争将复杂纷繁的科研工作变得“Easier And Fun”。同时,集中开展实验动物树鼩基础生物学和品系创制研究。
