了解土壤生态、土壤化学、植物营养、农业养分管理、农业生态环境等相关研究领域的发展趋势和前沿。硕博士毕业于中国及荷兰的重点大学，发表近二十篇SCI论文，相关工作被国际同行引用近200次，国际上在作物微量元素营养及作物重金属累积机理方面有一定影响力，为相关领域十余个国际顶尖学术杂志的审稿人，多次在国际学术会议做口头发言。在管理项目方面有一定基础和经验，曾主持和参与多项国内与国际合作项目，既有团队合作精神，亦具有独立思考和解决实际问题的能力。
