Abstract_Chinese:\r\r针对某新型卧式回转\rPTA\r(\r精对苯二甲酸\r)\r干燥机的搅拌系统出现的断裂问题,提出一种新的有限元分析方法,即时间节点法,在搅拌系统一个转动周期内均匀地取多个时间点,对每一个时间点下的搅拌系统进行静力学分析模拟,然后将模拟得到的结果进行统计分析,绘制出变化曲线,描绘搅拌系统在转动过程中的变化过程\r.\r利用\rANASYS workbench\r软件对时间节点法进行验证并对搅拌系统进行研究\r.\r研究结果表明,取\r8\r个时间节点来描述搅拌系统在一个周期内的变化过程最为合理,搅拌系统运转过程中在空心轴与实心轴交接部位出现最大应力,其值为\r118.56MPa\r,在螺带的最前端出现最大形变,其值为\r16.035mm\r,当料柱质量为\r12t\r时,疲劳寿命为\r3.5\r4\ra\r,\r模拟分析得到的疲劳寿命与搅拌系统发生断裂的时间偏差为\r5.93\r%\r,且模拟结果中出现疲劳断裂的位置与搅拌系统发生断裂的位置相同,由此验证了时间节点法的准确性\r.\r研究内容为动设备的受力分析提供了新的方法和思路\r.\r\r

Abstract_English:\r\rIn this paper, we proposed a\r new finite element analysis method, the time-node method, for analyzing fracture problems in the stirring system of a new type horizontal rotary PTA (fine terephthalic acid) dryer. We systematically obtained a plurality of time points in one rotation cycle and performed a static analysis of the stirring system at each time point. We then drew stress and deformation curves to characterize the rotation cycle of the stirring system. We used the ANASYS workbench environment to verify the performance of the time-node method. The results indicate that it is most reasonable to take eight time points to describe the stress and deformation variations of the stirring system in one rotation cycle. During the operation of the stirring system, a maximum stress of 118.56 MPa occurs at the junction of the hollow and solid shafts and a maximum deformation of 16.035 mm occurs at the forefront of the ribbon. We obtained a simulated fatigue life of the stirring system of 3.54 years when the mass of the column is 12 t, which is a deviation of just 5.93% from the actual project case. The location of the simulated fatigue fracture also matches quite well with the actual case, thus verifying the accuracy of the time-node method. The results presented in this paper provide a new method and references for stress and fatigue analysis of dynamic equipment.\r\r
