Abstract_Chinese:\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r张力腿平台在发生局部系泊失效时可能诱发连续失效进而导致平台整体倾覆\r\r\r\r.\r为了研究其抗连续失效的能力,结合张力腿平台在局部系泊失效下的响应特点和结构特点,对其进行鲁棒性评估方法研究\r.\r通过在水动力分析软件\rAQWA\r中建立张力腿平台模型,分析张力腿平台在局部系泊失效下的响应特点和结构特点\r.\r从结构属性、结构性能和运动性能\r3\r个方面,分别设置合理的鲁棒性定量评估指标,并通过熵值法对指标赋权从而建立确定性鲁棒性评估指标体系,并据此设置了合理的鲁棒性评估流程\r.\r最后运用所提出的鲁棒性评估方法进行实例计算,对规则波作用下的两根不同筋腱失效位置组合的张力腿平台进行鲁棒性评估,以验证本文提出方法的适用性和可行性\r.\r结果表明:同一立柱下两根筋腱同时失效的鲁棒性表现最差,而对角线立柱下的两根不同筋腱同时失效的鲁棒性表现相对最优;在迎浪、背浪、边浪浮箱下的两根不同筋腱失效的位置组合中,三者的鲁棒性表现相近,背浪浮箱下的两根筋腱表现略差,边浪浮箱下的两根筋腱略优\r\r\r\r\r.\r\r

Abstract_English:\r\rA \rt\rension leg platform (TLP) is prone to progressively capsize under tendon damage. To evaluate the structural capability to resist progressive failure, that is, robustness, approaches for robustness evaluation of the TLP under tendon damage, as well as the response and structural performance of the TLP, were investigated. The response and structural performance of TLP under tendon damage is analyzed through the model built in the hydrodynamic calculation software AQWA. Quantitative robustness evaluation indices are proposed based on three categories, namely, structural attribute, structural behavior, and motion performance. A system of deterministic robustness index is established using the entropy method to weigh each index. In addition, a reasonable robustness evaluation process is set up according to the system proposed. The robustness of the TLP under different tendon damage positions in regular wave is also evaluated to verify the usability and reliability of the approaches proposed. Results show that damaged tendons under one column are worst, damaged tendons under diagonal columns are relatively optimal, and damaged tendons under one pontoon are similar. Meanwhile, the down-wave pontoon is slightly worse and the side-wave pontoon is slightly better.\r\r
