Abstract_Chinese:目前深井、超深井固井中大多存在封固段长、上下温差大、顶部水泥浆易出现超缓凝等问题.针对上述问题, 本文引入具有长侧链结构的单体, 设计合成了一种疏水缔合水溶性聚合物缓凝剂.采用红外光谱仪对聚合物结构进行表征, 通过R/S-CC流变仪、荧光光谱仪以及纳米粒度仪对聚合物的疏水缔合结构进行表征, 利用热失重分析仪对聚合物的热稳定性进行测试, 利用水泥浆的初终凝时间测试、早期强度发展测试、高温高压稠化测试来表征聚合物在水泥浆体系中的性能.结果表明:该疏水缔合水溶性聚合物在水溶液中存在疏水缔合结构, 并且这种结构在钙离子溶液中也存在; 该聚合物分子结构稳定, 具有良好的耐热性; 在水泥浆中能明显地改善水泥体系性能, 其在高温条件下具有良好的缓凝性, 在低温条件下对水泥石的早期强度的发展影响较小, 该聚合物在长封固段固井中具有一定的应用前景.
Abstract_English:There are some problems in the cementing of deep petroleum wells,including the long cementing interval,a big temperature difference between the top and bottom of cement slurry column,and the super-retardation of column top. In our work,a kind of hydrophobically associating water-soluble copolymer was synthesized as retarder by introducing the monomers with hydrophobic chains. The molecular structure was characterized by FT-IR. The hydrophobic association structure was tested via rheological test,fluorescence probing test and hydrodynamic diameter test. The heat resistance was measured by thermogravimetric analysis. The mechanical performance of the cement slurry mixed with polymer was measured by the cement setting time test,cement compressive strength test and cement thickening time test. The results indicate that the amphoteric copolymer obtained can form the hydrophobic association structure in aqueous solution. The polymer is stable and has good heat resistance. Thus this material can remarkably improve the performance of cement slurry,e. g. the excellent retarding ability at high temperature and the rapid compressive strength development at low temperature. The proposed method could have a wide application,especially for long cementing interval of deep wells.
