本发明公开了一种苯并三咄类化合物的合成方法,包括如下步骤:将加氢-固体碱双功能催化剂装入固定床反应器中;将式(I)所示化合物的溶液持续通入固定床反应器,并通入氢气,加热;反应液持续从固定床反应器下端流出,流出的反应液冷却至室品、气液分离、液体过滤、滤液浓缩除去溶剂,纯化,得式(II)的苯并三咄类化合物;本发明采用加氢-固体碱双功能催化剂进行催化氢化合成苯并三咄类化合物。

本发明公开了一种2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮连续合成方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在固定床反应器中装入酸型树脂,加热使固定床反应器温度在40~70℃;(2)将丙酮和氨气按照摩尔比为3~9:1的比例,通入所述固定床反应器,丙酮的体积空速为0.15~1.17h-1,氨气的体积空速为5.25~124.20h-1,生成物经冷却得到2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮粗品。本发明工艺简单、成本低廉、适用于工业连续化生产,无需用有机溶剂或水作溶剂,避免了因使用有机溶剂而对环境造成的污染
