从工业化生产的角度来讲,需要使用溅射法来制备样品;从实际应用上需要制备的样品具有室温铁磁性。本发明即从以上两个目的出发,开发了反应磁控溅射法制备Cr掺杂的多晶TiN薄膜材料,并且具有室温铁磁性。
本发明专利涉及一种具有大的异常霍尔效应的氮化铁薄膜的制备方法,更具体地,是一种应用于电子学器件上的具有大的异常霍尔效应的氮化铁薄膜的制备方法。
从工业化生产的角度来讲,需要使用溅射法来制备样品;从实际应用上需要制备的样品具有较高的自旋极化率。本发明即从以上两个目的出发,开发了反应磁控溅射法制备Ti0.53Cr0.47N外延薄膜,并且观察到低温磁电阻效应,证明具有较高的自旋极化率。
