可室温固化水性环氧树脂的水性超支化聚合物固化剂
本发明的可在水中分散油溶性环氧树脂的超支化聚合物乳化剂具有高的官能度(包括亲水基元、可铆合基元及相容基元),又对粘度影响有限。这种可在水中分散油溶性环氧树脂的超支化聚合物乳化剂可以分散油溶性环氧树脂,制得稳定的水性环氧树脂乳液,该水性环氧树脂乳液和水性固化剂均匀混合、固化,形成高性能固化膜应用于涂料行业。制备的高性能固化膜可直接用作清漆、或与其它物质复合形成涂料,保护基体材料长时间不被腐蚀。
本发明公开了可室温固化水性环氧树脂的水性超支化聚合物固化剂,用式(I)所示:本发明的可室温固化水性环氧树脂的水性超支化聚合物固化剂具有高的官能度(包括可固化基元及相容基团),又对粘度影响有限。这种水性超支化聚合物固化剂可与水性环氧树脂均匀混合、固化,形成高性能固化膜应用于涂料行业。制备的高性能固化膜可直接用作清漆、或与其它物质复合形成涂料,保护基体材料长时间不被腐蚀。
