本发明涉及一种用于CO2与环氧丙烷混合物分离的闪蒸-精馏方法及装置,二氧化碳与环氧丙烷混合气体经过气体压缩机升压后进入闪蒸系统进行混合物的初步分离后再进入精馏塔进行精细分离从而获得高纯的环氧丙烷。分离提纯后的高纯度环氧丙烷从精馏塔塔底采出,CO2从闪蒸罐气相出口以及精馏塔塔顶液相采出口及冷凝器放空口排出。经该工艺分离提纯后,主要产品高纯环氧丙烷产品的纯度可以达到99.9%以上,环氧丙烷的收率可以达到95%以上。本发明的优点是采用闪蒸-精馏方法,提纯的高纯环氧丙烷纯度高,能够大大降低过程能耗。
本发明涉及一种催化反应精馏过程的节能方法及装置;将传统的包含有反应段与精馏分离段的催化反应精馏塔分成两个部分,其中反应段的操作压力高于精馏分离段,实现两个部分之间的热量匹配换热,充分利用催化反应精馏塔中反应段内反应发生所需的压力与精馏分离段中分离的压力不同,将传统的催化反应精馏塔分为压力不同的两个部分,并利用一个压缩机将分开后的两个塔进行耦合换热,达到节能降耗的目的。反应段顶部冷凝的负荷可以与精馏分离段底部再沸器的负荷匹配换热,甚至达到冷热负荷的完全匹配,冷热能耗为零。
本发明的高纯天然苯甲醛生产的催化反应精馏技术方法及装置,其中肉桂油进料口设置在催化反应精馏段顶部,水蒸气进料口设置在催化反应精馏塔底部,水解产物天然苯甲醛从催化精馏塔塔顶采出,剩余残油从催化反应精馏塔塔底排出。本发明的方法及装置的特点在于生产天然苯甲醛的反应物原料为肉桂油与水,采用本发明的方法生产天然苯甲醛无需先将肉桂油中的肉桂醛分离提纯,可直接使用肉桂油作为原料进行反应。本发明的优点在于将肉桂醛水解制天然苯甲醛的反应与苯甲醛提纯精馏分离两个单元操作,既节省了设备投资,又减少了后续的操作费用。
