外延生长La1-xCaxMnO3单晶薄膜的方法
本发明是一种用简单设备生长La1-xCaxMnO3单晶薄膜的方法。薄膜采用磁控射频溅射法制备,靶材选用固相反应法制备的稀土锰氧化物多晶陶瓷靶,基底采用与稀土锰氧化物晶格匹配的单晶基片,溅射装置的背底真空要求高于2.0×10-5Pa,基片温度介于700~900℃之间,溅射功率介于150~200W。溅射的上述薄膜需要在900~1000℃退火24小时以上。用本方法制备的稀土锰氧化物单晶薄膜和基片的过渡层不明显,薄膜的成份和靶材的成份一致,成本低、易于大面积生长。
