外延生长La1-xCaxMnO3单晶薄膜的方法
本发明是一种用简单设备生长La1-xCaxMnO3单晶薄膜的方法。薄膜采用磁控射频溅射法制备，靶材选用固相反应法制备的稀土锰氧化物多晶陶瓷靶，基底采用与稀土锰氧化物晶格匹配的单晶基片，溅射装置的背底真空要求高于2.0×10-5Pa，基片温度介于700～900℃之间，溅射功率介于150～200W。溅射的上述薄膜需要在900～1000℃退火24小时以上。用本方法制备的稀土锰氧化物单晶薄膜和基片的过渡层不明显，薄膜的成份和靶材的成份一致，成本低、易于大面积生长。
