兰燕飞，天津大学管理与经济学部系统工程研究所副教授，硕士生导师，香港中文大学访问****，研究方向为医疗运营管理和物流与供应链管理，发表论文40余篇，分布在EJOR、Omega、IJPE、IJPR等管理科学领域知名期刊。天津大学北洋****青年骨干教师，主持国家自然科学基金两项，天津市自然科学基金一项，天津大学自主创新基金多项，参与一项国家自然科学基金重点项目和多项面上项目。2014年获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖一项。2014年获得天津大学北洋****青年骨干教师，2017年获得中国运筹学会不确定系统分会运筹新人奖。担任国际电子商务联合会中国分会理事、中国管理科学与工程学会理事、中国运筹学会智能计算分会常务理事、中国运筹学会不确定系统分会理事、中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会理事、中国运筹学会行为运筹与管理分会理事、美国POMS学会会员、中国运筹学会会员、中国系统工程学会会员、国际SCI检索期刊《International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics》 (IF: 2.692) 副主编、国际期刊《Machine Learning and Applications: An International Journal》Editorial Board Member，教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家，天津市政府投资项目评审专家。担任超20本国内外著名期刊评审人：EJOR、Omega、IJPR、IJPE、AOR、JORS、管理科学学报、系统工程学报、系统工程理论与实践等。
