学术成就: 在国际学术刊物发表SCI论文80余篇,其中第一及通讯作者SCI论文30余篇。近几年在光合微生物底盘设计及构建领域做了系统的研究。主要成果包括:首次发现蓝细菌对乙醇和丁醇耐受性的专一性调控蛋白,工作得到美国生物化学和分子生物学学会会刊ASBMB Today 2015年1月刊发专文进行正面评述;鉴定并解析了蓝细菌应对环境胁迫的调控蛋白及相关机制等。研究结果为基于蓝细菌的“自养型细胞工厂”走向大规模工业应用提供了重要理论基础。
