祝颖，中国共产党党员，助教，眼科学硕士。主要从事天津医科大学眼视光学教学、屈光不正、青少年近视防控、药物控制近视的机制研究。IACLE （International Association of Contact Lens Educators）会员，香港理工大学访问****。参与天津市教委课题一项，发表专业论文5篇，以第一作者发表核心论文1篇。
Zhu Ying, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the assistant in Optometry and Ophthalmology school, Tianjin Medical University. I got the master degree of ophthalmology in 2015. Recent 4 years, I have been mainly engaged in teaching optometry, clinical works of refractive errors, prevention and control of juvenile myopia, also in doing basic research on the mechanism of drugs controlling myopia. I have been the IACLE (International Association of Contact Lens Educators) member from 2016, and studying visitor scholar from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I am participatingone project of Tianjin Education Committee, published five professional papers, and one paper on the Chinese core journalsas the first author.
