张洪波，天津医科大学眼视光学院视光临床教研室主任。从事眼视光教学、临床工作20余年。1999年公派美国波士顿英格兰视光学院访问****，2000年赴香港理工大学诊所从事视光临床工作。长期以来，在天津医科大学眼视光学院专门教授《双眼视觉学》、《屈光与验光学》等课程。
研究方向：
屈光矫正、双眼视功能异常的矫治、青少年近视控制、功能性眼病的评估与治疗。
出版著作：
《双眼视与低视力》、《不规则散光诊断与治疗》
I have been engaging in optometry teaching and clinical work for more than 20 years. In 1999, I was appointed as a visiting scholar of England College of Optometry in Boston, USA. I specialize in teaching Binocular Vision, Refraction and Optometry and other courses.
Research direction: correction of refractive error, treatment of the abnormal binocular visual function, control of youth myopia, functional assessment of eye disease and treatment.
Publications: Binocular Visual with Low Vision, The Diagnosis and Treatment of Irregular Astigmatism
