人员简介：
刘斌，副研究员，1981年出生。2003年6月于南开大学生命科学学院，获学士学位；2008年6月于南开大学生命科学学院微生物学专业，获博士学位。

主要研究工作：以志贺氏菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌等重要肠道致病菌为模型，系统分析了细菌表面抗原在宿主免疫系统长期压力下形成丰富生物多样性的分子机制，以此为切入点进一步认识了细菌致病性的形成机理，并成功建立了针对多种致病菌的快速分子检测技术体系。

2005年以来共发表SCI论文67篇，其中18篇为第一/通讯作者。第一/通讯作者论文发表于FEMS Microbiology Reviews（IF:13.2）、Nucleic Acids Research（IF:8.2）、PLoS One（IF:4.0）、Glycobiology（IF: 3.8）、Journal of Bacteriology（IF: 3.7）、Microbiology-SGM（IF: 3.0）等高水平期刊。论文总影响因子201，论文正面他引总计195次，单篇最高正面他引35次。

获2007年天津市自然科学一等奖（第三完成人）。为SCI期刊FEMS Microbiology Letters审稿人。2008年以来作为负责人获得国家自然科学基金青年-面上连续资助项目（资助率仅5%）、973项目（子课题），国家传染病重大专项（子课题）等7项国家和省部级科研项目的资助，经费总计547万。
