个人介绍:
肖正涛2017年毕业于清华大学,获得博士学位,同年赴美国杜克大学从事博士后研究工作,2021年1月加入西安交通大学基础医学院,担任特聘研究员、博士生导师。入选西安交通大学“青年拔尖人才B类计划”。肖正涛博士致力于利用生物信息和系统生物学方法,通过组学数据研究肿瘤基因转录组、翻译组的调控机制,以及肿瘤代谢和表观遗传之间的相互调控机制。目前已在nature communications、 nucleic acids research、current opinion in chemical biology、genomics proteomics & bioinformatics、journal of physical chemistry C等杂志发表多篇论文。
