科学研究 - 杨 青Scientific Research

We aim to achieve biochemical assay, such as biological sample purification and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), into integrated microfluidic chips or micro total analysis systems (μ-TAS). The femtosecond laser irradiation followed by chemical etching (FLICE) technology was used to fabricate microfluidic microstructures embedded in fused silica. By combining the FLICE technology with photolithographic processing techniques, components for the microfluidic system were achieved, including 3D helical micromixers and helical microinductors. Functions of DNA purification using super-paramagnetic beads, fluorescence genetic dectection and real-time PCR assay could be achieved in the microfluidic system.
