真核微生物生物地理学,分子系统学,细胞发生学,实验生态学,基因组学和蛋白组学。
个人及工作简历
2003年-2008年在中国海洋大学获博士学位,师从中国著名的海洋原生动物学家宋微波院士,2010年起在西安交通大学继续研究工作。
研究成果累计发表SCI收录论文80篇,发表在《Journal of Eukaryotic Microbiology》(“国际原生生物学家学会”创办的国际最权威的原生生物学期刊,创刊至今逾70年)、《Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society》(JCR分区2区)、《Zoologica Scripta》(JCR分区1区)等领域主流刊物。H因子16。同时出版专著一部,发表特邀综述1篇。
博士论文获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖(2010)及山东省优秀博士论文奖(2009);受聘担任三家国际最权威的原生生物学期刊编委:《真核微生物学报》(美国,“国际原生生物学家学会”创办,创刊至今逾70年)、《欧洲原生生物学报》(德国)及《动物学报》(波兰); 先后获国际原生生物学家学会颁发的William Trager奖(2014年度,第一完成人,全球每年仅一人获得此奖项)及中国动物学会原生动物学分会颁发的“青年科技奖”(2015年);2013年起当选中国动物学会原生动物学分会和中国动物学会陕西省动物学分会理事。
