基于医疗大数据和人工智能的影像组学及其应用
由于成像技术的迅速发展,医学影像已成为疾病管理中的重要模式,为临床提供了全名的视角和丰富的信息,在疾病筛查、早期诊断、治疗选择和预后评估等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。现已知病灶形态或功能上的变化是由患者个体的基因、细胞、生理微环境、生活习惯和生存大环境等诸多因素共同决定的。若在常规影像学诊断基础上,采用自动或半自动分析方法将影像学数据转化为具有高分辨率的可挖掘的数据空间,深度挖掘数据,从医学图像中获取“疾病知识”,从而反映人体组织、细胞和基因水平的变化,将会对临床医学产生重大影响。
研究方向1:重大疾病神经行为、神经认知功能下降影像学预测平台
借助现代磁共振成像技术手段,采集重大疾病患者大脑结构、功能图像,将信息科学中的新概念新技术引入数据分析中,借助人工智能的帮助融合患者临床病理诊断数据,建立重大疾病症状发展、神经行为、神经功能下降风险的影像学预测平台,并应用于临床诊疗评价中,为临床实现重大疾病发展的早期评估、预测提供客观、准确的影像学依据。
研究方向2:多模态医学图像计算平台的临床应用
借助医学影像全面、无创、定量观测肿瘤整体形态,对肿瘤的发展过程和治疗反应随时监测。借助图像分割与重建,从放射影像中提取大量特征,通过深度挖掘数据、寻找疾病的内涵特征,为临床诊疗决策提供支持。

研究方向
“计算神经影像研究组”研究方向:
1. 基于神经影像数据集的大脑连接组研究:
诺贝尔奖获得者Crick教授在1993年Nature上发表文章指出:我们没有一个人类大脑的连接图谱,这是无法忍受的。没有这个图谱,几乎没有希望了解人类大脑是如何工作的(Nature, 1993)。2009年,美国国家卫生研究院宣布了“人脑连接组”研究计划(4千万美元);2013年,美国总统奥巴马宣布了“大脑图谱”研究计划(1亿美元)。大脑连接组研究逐渐成为人脑神经科学研究中最受关注的研究领域。本课题组多年来一直从事人脑连接组相关研究,现拥有全套神经影像数据处理的软硬件设备,在此基础上自主研发了大型医学图像处理和人脑连接组计算平台。在与成都中医药大学的科研合作中,成功将人脑连接组研究方法应用于多项脑疾病研究中,参与临床治疗慢性痛疗效评价工作,取得了多项科研成果,获得陕西省科学技术进步二等奖。

2.基于纤维束连接的健康人群脑图谱构建研究:
扩散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)是一种无侵入性的活体大脑成像技术,这种成像技术可以检测水分子在大脑不同区域内的扩散特性,从而提供传统的结构成像技术难以捕捉到的白质纤维束走向的信息。这种成像手段扩展了神经影像研究领域的数据采集、数据分析和处理的手段,丰富了描述人类大脑微观结构的表示方法。基于扩散张量成像的大脑张量图谱构建是神经影像研究框架中的一个非常重要的研究方向。这个研究方向是通过采集大样本集的正常人扩散张量图像数据,进行统计意义上的建模,并构建出包含样本集中正常人解剖结构的共同特性的数字化统计图谱,是检测大脑白质结构形态的基础。目前,国内外相关的研究还处于起步阶段。国内的许多研究表明弥散张量成像对阿尔茨海默病、多发性硬化症、慢性中风、精神分裂症等疾病的病理特异性研究起到了非常重要的作用。对于纤维束的研究,可能为脑疾病的早期诊断提供有效的技术手段。
