Dr. Lei FAN, received the PhD degree in Computer Science andBS degree inApplied Mathematics from Xidian University, Xi'an China. He is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Software Engineering, School of Computer Science and Technology, Xidian University. His scientific interests include global optimization, multiobjective optimization, evolutionary computation, optimization in engineering, and optimization in scientific applications, which are supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and other research funds. He served as
