李宏,博士,副教授。汉族,陕西丹凤人。2003年3月获得西安电子科技大学运筹学与控制论专业理学硕士学位,2009年6月获得西安电子科技大学智能信息处理专业工学博士学位。在国内外学术刊物和国际会议上发表论文30余篇,主持陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目一项,主持中央高校基本科研业务费一项,参与国家自然科学基金项目两项。2012年获陕西科学技术二等奖一项(第三完成人)。2014年5月-2015年5月,在英国埃塞克斯大学计算机科学与电子工程学院访问交流。

Introduction
Hong Li was born in Danfeng, Shaanxi, China. He received his Master degree in operational research and cybernetics, and Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineeringfrom Xidian University in 2003, and 2009, respectively. He is currently working as an associate professor in Xidian University. He has published over 30 papers in journals and conferences. In 2012, he obtained the second prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technolgy Award ...
