个人简介
副教授,硕士生导师,2004年毕业于西安电子科技大学电子科学与技术专业,2009年3月获得西安电子科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,2009年4月留教于西安电子科技大学机电工程学院,2011年晋升副教授,同年遴选为硕士生导师。先后承担和重点参与了国家自然科学基金、国家*科研项目*、国家863计划、陕西省自然科学基金、航天合作等项目;在IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science、Semiconductor Science and Technology、Applied Physics Letters、NSREC、Chinese Physics B等国际国内期刊会议上发表文章40余篇,均被SCI、EI检索;合著专著一部;申请并获批专利多项;获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖一项。

主要研究方向
1. VLSI器件可靠性研究:包括超深亚微米器件物理与可靠性研究,纳米结构器件物理与可靠性研究,VLSI新结构、新机制、新型栅介质栅金属等器件及其可靠性与加固方法研究等;
2. 新材料器件及其可靠性研究:包括GaN等宽禁带半导体材料电子器件结构、可靠性研究等;
3. 电子封装及其可靠性研究:包括微波功率器件等封装及其可靠性研究等。

器件及封装可靠性的研究从机理上分析和研究超深亚微米器件、新材料新结构器件、宽禁带半导体器件及器件封装的可靠性,评估器件在系统工作状态下的可靠性水平和寿命,从而指导材料的选取、生长和器件的加工工艺及封装材料和条件的选取,对早期发现系统故障有着重要的应用意义。

主要研究方向
