王卫东,河北保定人,工学博士(博士后),教授,博士生导师;入选国家留学基金委“未来科学家”国际合作项目(2015)。现任微纳机电系统研究中心主任,西安市智能仪器与封装测试重点实验室副主任,港城大-西电微纳制造联合实验室副主任;IEEE高级会员,中国机械工程学会高级会员(微纳制造技术分会委员),中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员(青年工作委员会/科普工作委员会委员),中国电子学会高级会员(青年科学家俱乐部成员),陕西省仪器仪表学会理事。
分别于2000年、2003年和2007年在西安电子科技大学获工学学士、硕士和博士学位(导师:贾建援 教授)。2012年5月完成博士后研究工作,从西安电子科技大学“微电子学与固体电子学”博士后流动站出站(导师:郝跃 院士)。美国莱斯大学(Rice Univ.)访问****(2009.8-2010.8,合作教授:J. Lou教授),香港城市大学(CityU)高级访问****(2014.12-2015.1, 2016.1, 2016.4-5, 合作教授:Yang Lu教授),美国西北大学(Northwestern Univ.)访问****(2016.5-2017.6,合作教授:H.D. Espinosa教授 美国工程院院士)。
目前主要从事微纳机电系统、智能检测与控制技术和电子装备热控制技术等方面的研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点仪器专项、博士后科学基金、陕西省自然基金、陕西省重点研发计划、国家重点实验室开放基金、总装XX基金、XXX科研项目(中电集团、中航集团和Intel公司)等30余项科研项目。发表80余篇学术论文,60余篇被SCI/EI收录,获得14项国家专利授权,申请5项发明专利。
担任IEEE T NANO客座编辑(2019)、Micromachines客座编辑(2021),Journal of Nanofluids(2017-2020)、中国测试(2020-2021)等期刊编委,国内外三十多个SCI学术期刊(link)同行评议专家、多个国内和国际会议的审稿人。
国家自然科学基金通信评审人、国家重点研发计划评审人、国际科技合作专项评审专家、教育部学位与研究生教育评估通讯评议专家、国家创新基金项目验收专家、省科技计划项目评审专家、省科技统筹计划项目评审专家、省科技奖通讯评审专家、广东省科技厅科技咨询专家库成员、河南省科技厅科技攻关评审专家、江西省自然基金评审专家、重庆市自然基金评审专家、深圳市科创委重点项目评审专家。
2007年,获得校优秀成果奖(一等奖)。2012年获评机电工程学院优秀教师和青年教师拔尖人才资助计划,2013-2014年度获评学位与研究生教育优秀教师称号,2016年获校优质教学质量奖二等奖,2019年获院师资队伍建设先进个人奖。2015年10月,入选国家留学基金委“未来科学家”国际合作项目。2015年10月,获聘“钱学森空间科学实验班”导师。2015年10月,加入中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部。2016年3月,受聘西安市机械工程学会微纳米制造技术分会理事。2016年5月,获得校优秀教学质量奖(二等奖)。2016年7月,获得CSMNT优秀论文奖;2017年7月,获得IEEE NANO会议优秀论文奖。2018年11月,受聘中国机械工程学会微纳制造技术分会委员。2019年12月,受聘陕西省仪器仪表学会理事。2021年5月获陕西省电子学会科学技术奖二等奖(排名第一)。
Research Interest(研究兴趣)
目前主要从事以下相关课题的研究:
微纳机电系统(MEMS/NEMS):主要研究微机电系统(MEMS)和纳机电系统(NEMS)中相关机理和特性,包括微纳传感器、微纳作动器和柔性传感器的设计、仿真分析、加工工艺和测试技术等。
微纳制造与微纳力学:研究微纳制造、微纳力学及表征技术,研究低维(1D和2D)纳米材料力学、电学特性及其表征方法。
智能检测与控制技术:研究和开发基于智能传感器和MCU/DSP的智能机电系统和相关测控技术。
电子设备热控制技术:主要研究电子设备在芯片级、板级和系统级的热控制技术,为企业、公司和科研院所提供解决方案;包括微通道换热、两相流换热、射流(冲击)换热等方面,相关设备齐全。

每年计划招收1-2名博士研究生和5名左右硕士研究生,男女生不限,欢迎同学们保送和报考!
