个人简介
1987年毕业于西北电讯工程学院电子设备结构专业,获工学学士学位;1990年获工学硕士学位。2000年3月在西安电子科技大学获通信与信息系统学科工学博士学位。
2000年3月至2003年3月在香港城市大学电子工程系作博士后研究,2005年3月至9月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis)作访问****。从2004年起,任西安电子科技大学通信工程学院教授、博士生导师,现为通信与信息系统学科带头人。主要从事信息与编码理论、编码调制技术、无线通信和量子通信方面的教学与科研工作。主持完成了“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”国家科技重大专项课题、国家*科研项目*课题、国家863计划项目、*科研项目*20余项国家和省部级科研项目的研究工作。在IEEETIT、TCOM、TSP、TWC等国际期刊及ISIT、ICC、Globecom等国际会议上发表论文100余篇。出版译著《信道编码:经典与现代》和专著《5G移动通信中的信道编码》。2012年获国家科技进步二等奖。
白宝明博士是中国电子学会会士,现任中国电子学会理事,中国电子学会信息论分会主任委员,《无线电通信技术》期刊编委会副主任,曾任中国通信学会青年工作委员会副主任委员。已参与组织了10多个国际国内学术会议,是IEEE ICCCAS’04、ICCCAS’06无线通信分会技术程序委员会共同主席,IEEE ITW’06技术程序委员会成员。

个人简介
1987年毕业于西北电讯工程学院电子设备结构专业,获工学学士学位;1990年获工学硕士学位。2000年3月在西安电子科技大学获通信与信息系统学科工学博士学位。
2000年3月至2003年3月在香港城市大学电子工程系作博士后研究,2005年3月至9月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis)作访问****。从2004年起,任西安电子科技大学通信工程学院教授、博士生导师,现为通信与信息系统学科带头人。主要从事信息与编码理论、编码调制技术、无线通信和量子通信方面的教学与科研工作。主持完成了“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”国家科技重大专项课题、国家*科研项目*课题、国家863计划项目、*科研项目*20余项国家和省部级科研项目的研究工作。在IEEETIT、TCOM、TSP、TWC等国际期刊及ISIT、ICC、Globecom等国际会议上发表论文100余篇。出版译著《信道编码:经典与现代》和专著《5G移动通信中的信道编码》。2012年获国家科技进步二等奖。
白宝明博士是中国电子学会会士,现任中国电子学会理事,中国电子学会信息论分会主任委员,《无线电通信技术》期刊编委会副主任,曾任中国通信学会青年工作委员会副主任委员。已参与组织了10多个国际国内学术会议,是IEEE ICCCAS’04、ICCCAS’06无线通信分会技术程序委员会共同主席,IEEE ITW’06技术程序委员会成员。
