个人简介
2010年获得西安电子科技大学工学博士学位,导师为王新梅教授。2010年至2014年,在中国空间技术研究院西安分院(原航天504所)担任工程师,从事信道编码在航天应用方面的研究。2014年至2015年,在香港中文大学网络编码研究所进行博士后研究,合作导师为Raymond W. Yeung教授。2015年至今,在西安电子科技大学工作。
