个人简介
西安电子科技大学通信工程学院副教授、博士生导师,综合业务网理论与关键技术国家重点实验室科研人员、车联网国际合作联合实验室骨干成员,IEEE Member。于2011年取得西安电子科技大学博士学位(导师:IEEE Fellow 李建东教授),2014-2015年美国哥伦比亚大学访问****(合作导师:IEEE Fellow Prof. Xiaodong Wang),2017-2018年借调科技部高技术研究发展中心。目前主持国家重点研发计划子课题1项,国家级重点实验室开放课题2项,*科研项目*1项,完成国家自然科学青年基金和陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技成果转移与推广计划——吸纳成果转化项目、航天五院横向合作课题等项目,先后参与多项国家自然科学基金重点项目、973子课题、国家科技重大专项等科研项目,2018年获得陕西省科学技术二等奖1项,2019年作为动态网络创新团队骨干成员获得首届“陕西省高校青年创新团队”荣誉。在国内外主流期刊、会议发表论文60余篇,担任Springer、IEEE、Elsevier多个期刊的审稿人,担任Associate Editor of International Journal of Electronics, Communications, and Measurement Engineering (IGI Global),申请/授权国家发明专利20余项,担任国家自然科学基金评审人,作为IMT-2030 6G工作组OAM任务组成员进行OAM通信技术开发和标准制定工作。主要研究领域包括移动通信与无线网络;阵列信号处理;智能交通与导航定位。

Introduction
RuiChen,received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Communications and Information Systems from Xidian University, Xian, China, in 2005, 2007 and 2011, respectively. From 2014.8 to 2015.8, He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University in New York city. He is currently an associate professor in State Key Lab. of ISN, School of Telecommunications Engineering at Xidian University.
