个人简介
承楠(教授,博士生导师),同济大学通信工程专业学士、硕士。加拿大滑铁卢大学电气与计算机工程学院博士,师从国际知名无线通信领域专家沈学民(Sherman Shen)教授。曾担任华为公司加拿大研究所工程师,参与5G网络的研发和标准化工作,获得多项美国专利,推动极化码成为5G网络标准。后任加拿大多伦多大学电气与计算机工程学院博士后研究员,主要从事5G网络、车联网以及智能网络的研究。先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家863项目、国家自然基金项目、国家自然基金重点项目,以及加拿大自然与科学工程委员会基金重点项目等;出版车辆网络大数据通信相关的学术专著1部和2个专著章节;在包括IEEE JSAC、IEEE WCM、IEEE TWC、IEEE TVT、IEEE TITS、IEEE Network等IEEE系列会刊以及主流通信学术会议上发表/录用论文50余篇;授权美国专利9项;获IEEE GLOBECOM\\'14、IEEE ICCC\\'15、IEEE WCSP\\'15、IEEE ICC\\'19最佳会议论文奖;担任IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology编委、Springer Peer-to-Peering Networking and Applications编委,IEEE Access,Hindawi International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks的客座编辑。

个人简介

Introduction
I received the B.S. degree and the M.S. degree from the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, Tongji University in 2009 and 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, 2016. He was working as a joint Post-doctoral fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, in 2017 and 2018. I am currently a professor at the School of Telecommunications Engineering and with State Key Lab of ISN, Xidian University, China. My research interests include performance analysis, MAC, opportunistic communication for vehicular networks, unmanned aerial vehicles, and cellular traffic offloading.
