个人简介
毛国强教授于2002--2014年在澳大利亚悉尼大学电子信息工程学院(School of Electrical and Information Engineering, the University of Sydney)担任讲师,高级讲师及副教授(全部为终身职位);同时从2003年至今在澳大利亚国家信息及通信网络研究院(National ICT Australia)兼任高级首席研究员。2014-2019年于澳大利亚悉尼科技大学计算与通信学院(School of Computing and Communications, University of Technology Sydney)担任无线网络首席教授,并担任实时信息网络中心主任(Director,Center for Real-time Information Networks)。2016年,于西安电子科技大学担任客座教授。2017年被遴选为博士生指导教师。2020年全职加入西电,担任国家特聘专家、西电领军教授,智慧交通研究院院长,广州研究院副院长,综合业务网国家重点实验室副主任。每年有三个博士生招生名额与大量硕士生招生名额。
2017 年作为悉尼科技大学智能交通系统学科带头人参与申请并获得 iMove CRC(政府、企业与大学联合创新中心,澳洲历史上最大科研项目之一,总经费两亿三千四百万澳元)。2019年作为项目负责人获得国家十三五重点研发计划“高速公路智能车路协同系统集成应用”,总经费一亿两千万元。

科研团队
李长乐教授(https://web.xidian.edu.cn/clli/)2005年6月毕业于西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业,获得工学博士学位,毕业后留校任教,在综合业务网理论及关键技术(ISN)国家重点实验室工作至今,IEEE高级会员,通信学院副院长,信息与通信工程一级学科学科方向负责人,交通运输工程一级学科负责人。曾于2006年至2009年分别在加拿大和日本国家信息通信技术研究院(NICT)进行无线通信领域的博士后研究工作,于2015至2016年在悉尼科技大学进行访问****研究工作。入选西安电子科技大学首届“优秀青年教师支持计划”,被评为学校2009年度优秀留学回国人员并获得留学回国人员创新基金资助,同期获得教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金资助。目前兼任“通信与信息系统”、“交通信息工程及控制”两个学科方向的硕士生导师及“通信与信息系统”方向的博士生导师,组建“智能交通创新技术研究团队”从事无线通信系统和智能交通这一交叉学科领域的科研工作。
在相关领域发表期刊及国际会议学术论文逾百篇(包括IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology,IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems等IEEE汇刊),刊出Book Chapter两章,译著1部。申请国家发明专利逾30项以及国际专利4项。主持科研项目多项,其中参与完成的科研成果分别于2005年、2013年、2016年获得陕西省科学技术奖一等奖以及2018年陕西省科学技术奖二等奖(排名第一)。带领团队入选2019年度陕西高校青年创新团队。
担任国家自然科学基金函评专家,参与GLOBECOM, ICC, WCNC, VTC, PIMRC等多个国际学术会议技术委员会工作并担任IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Systems Journal, IET Communications, Wiley Journal Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, Sensors, Wireless Networks等国际学术期刊审稿人。
承楠教授(https://web.xidian.edu.cn/nancheng/)承楠教授于2009、2012年分别获得同济大学通信工程专业学士、硕士学位。2016年获得加拿大滑铁卢大学电气与计算机工程学院博士学位,师从国际知名无线通信领域专家沈学民(Sherman Shen)教授。2015年-2017年,担任华为公司加拿大研究所工程师,参与5G网络的研发和标准化工作,获得多项美国专利,推动极化码成为5G网络标准。2017-2019年任加拿大多伦多大学电气与计算机工程学院博士后研究员,主要从事5G网络、车联网以及智能网络的研究。先后参加过中国863项目、国家自然基金项目、国家自然基金重点项目,以及加拿大自然与科学工程委员会基金重点项目;出版车辆网络大数据通信相关的学术专著1部和2个专著章节;在包括IEEE JSAC、IEEE WCM、IEEE TWC、IEEE TVT、IEEE TITS、IEEE Network等IEEE系列会刊以及主流通信学术会议上发表/录用论文50余篇;申请美国专利13项;获2014年IEEE GLOBECOM最佳会议论文奖、2015年ICCC、WCSP最佳会议论文奖;担任IEEE Access,Hindawi International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks的客座编辑。目前,承楠博士的主要研究方向包括智能车联网及先进交通系统,空天地一体化网络,以及人工智能与大数据技术在网络中的应用。
任效江副教授任效江于2000年进入华中科技大学学习,分别于2004年和2007年获得本科和硕士学位。硕士毕业后先后在中国移动、中兴通讯工作。2011年7月至2015年12月在澳大利亚国立大学攻读博士学位。2014年起先后在澳大利亚Optym、VitaGroup从事物联网相关研发工作。主要研究方向为物联网相关算法及解决方案,以第一第二作者发表学术论文十余篇,获2014年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。于2020年全职加入西安电子科技大学担任副教授、博士生导师。

陈睿副教授(https://web.xidian.edu.cn/rchen/)西安电子科技大学通信工程学院副教授、博士生导师,综合业务网理论与关键技术国家重点实验室科研人员、车联网国际合作联合实验室骨干成员,IEEE Member。于2011年取得西安电子科技大学博士学位(导师:李建东教授),2014-2015年美国哥伦比亚大学访问****(合作导师:IEEE Fellow Prof.Xiaodong Wang),2017-2018年借调科技部高技术研究发展中心。目前主持国家自然科学青年基金和陕西省自然科学基金、航天五院横向合作课题等项目,先后参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、973子课题、国家科技重大专项等科研项目,获得陕西省科学技术二等奖1项。在国内外主流期刊发表论文50余篇,担任Wiely、Springer、IEEE、Elsevier多个期刊的审稿人,担任Associate Editor of International Journal of Electronics, Communications, and Measurement Engineering (IGI Global),申请/授权国家发明专利20余项。主要研究领域包括多天线、多载波无线通信技术;阵列信号处理技术;智能交通通信系统;涡旋电磁波等。

朱丽娜讲师(https://web.xidian.edu.cn/lnzhu/)西安电子科技大学讲师、硕士生导师,IEEE Member。于2015年取得西安电子科技大学博士学位并留校(获“校优秀博士毕业论文”,导师:李兵兵、李长乐教授)。于2014-2015年上海交通大学访学(合作导师:王新兵),2016-2017年悉尼科技大学访学(合作导师:Guoqiang Mao)。目前主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国/陕西省博士后科学基金、国家重点研发计划专项子课题等项目共计6项,先后参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、陕西重点研发计划等科研项目。在国内外主流期刊发表论文21篇,申请/授权国家发明专利10项。多次参加车联网相关国际会议(如IEEE WCNC,IEEE VTC,IEEE ICC等)并任会议志愿者/chair;担任IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing,Transactions on Intelligent Transportation System,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等知名期刊审稿人。

Introduction
I joined Xidian University in 2020 as a Distinguished Professor,Dean of Reserach Institute ofSmart Transportation Systems, vice-Dean of Guangzhou Research Institute, and vice-Director of the State Key Lab of Integrated Service Networks. Before that, I was a tenured Professor at the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney.
I have published three books, three book chapters, and over 200 other papers in journals and refereed conference proceedings and these publications have been cited more than 10,000 times. Twelve of them were in the list of ESI highly cited publications.I have received and completed a number of competitive industrial and academic research grants from the Australian Research Council, National ICT Australia (Data61, CSIRO), Optus,DSTO, US Air Force Office of Scientific Research andAsian Office of Aerospace Research & Development, whose total value exceeds A million. In 2017, as a UTS research leader in Intelligent Transportation Systems, I took part in the iMove CRC application, which received 55 million Australian dollarsover 10 years from the Australian Federal government matched with 179million Australian dollarsin cash and in-kind participant contributions. iMove CRC aims to exploit digital and evolving vehicle technologies to enable traffic to flow more smoothly, creating more efficient intermodal connections and offer real time choice to travelers and freight operators. The outcomes are reduced congestion, fuel use and emissions and improved national productivity and competitiveness. In 2019, as the lead Chief Investigator, I was awarded theNational Key Research and Development Program of China "Integration and Implementation ofHighwaysIntelligent Road-Vehicle Collaboration Systems", totaling ~¥120 million.
I am aFellow of IEEEand aFellow of IET. I am a co-chair of IEEE Intelligent Transportation Society Technical Committee on Communication Networks (2013-2018),an editor of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (since 2018), IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (2014-2019) and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (since 2010). I received anumber of academic awards.
Each year, I have quota to recruit 3 PhD students and a number of master student.
