个人简介
盛敏,1975年8月生,教授、博士生导师,教育部“********”,国家自然科学基金委“****科学基金”获得者。
分别于1997年、2000年和2004年从西安电子科技大学获得计算机通信专业学士、通信与信息系统专业硕士和博士学位。2015.07-2015.09月在多伦多大学作为高级访问****从事异构无线网络方面的研究。2000年留校任教,2004年6月晋升副教授,2007年6月破格晋升教授。现为西安电子科技大学“无线通信网络”方面的学术带头人,教育部********,信息科学研究所所长,综合业务网理论与关键技术国家重点实验室主任。
主要从事移动通信网络、异构网络融合、无线自组织网络、空间信息网络等领域的研究工作。发表论文200余篇,Google Scholar统计引用1600余次,其中其中一篇入选ESI高被引论文,一篇获2013年IEEE ICCC会议的“Best Paper Award”,一篇论文在CL 2013年IEEE Xplore最受欢迎的25篇文章中排第4,1篇论文获得陕西省优秀学术论文一等奖。获得国家发明专利授权60余项。担任IEEE Wireless Communication Letter、International Journal on Ad Hoc Networking Systems、China Communication等多个期刊的编委会委员,以及IEEE CIT2014、IEEE Globecom2017、IEEE ICC 2018等多个国际会议专题的技术委员会主席;现任中国通信学会信息通信测试技术专业委员会委员、电子学会通信分会委员会委员、“军用通信网络信息传输与分发技术”*科研项目*。

近年来,主持包括国家自然科学基金(NSFC)****科学基金、载人航天重点项目、科技部*科研项目*、863项目、国家科技重大专项课题、以及总装*科研项目*等在内的纵向研究课题10余项。获国家技术发明二等奖2项(2017、2014)、陕西省科学技术一等奖3项(2016、2013、2006)、国防技术发明进步二等奖2项(2015、2013),2017年作为团队首席入选陕西省重点科技创新团队,2018作为首席入选科技部重点领域创新团队。
在教学方面,出版专著1部、教材2部,主持省级精品课程1门、资源共享课程1门,负责的《通信网络基础》教学团队入选陕西省教学团队,2016年培养的博士获中国电子学会优秀博士论文提名奖。
所获得的主要荣誉有:入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2006),霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖(2008),陕西省“三秦****”(2010),陕西省“五一”巾帼标兵(2015)、教育部********(2016),获得国家****科学基金资助(2017),获*科研项目*(2018)。

个人简介
盛敏,1975年8月生,教授、博士生导师,教育部“********”,国家自然科学基金委“****科学基金”获得者。

科研团队
团队介绍:
智能宽带无线通信网络团队,前身是通信工程学院无线通信研究室,成立于1962年。先后开展了新型数字调制解调、移动通信终端、分组无线电网络、短波自组织网络等领域的研究工作。研制了我国第一套多信道自组织分组无线网络。
团队面向天空地一体化网络场景,重点研究B5G/6G立体致密组网技术、空间信息网络组网技术、卫星与地面5G网络异构融合技术、自组织网络组网理论与方法以及先进智能通信组网技术等。先后获得国家技术发明二等奖2项、省部级一等奖4项、国防科技奖励5项。并获得如下创新团队支持:

一、大规模异构网络实验演示系统
目前,构建的实验系统主要由基于WLAN的多跳自组织网络和WiMAX网络构成。采用WiMaX网络作为热点回传网络,不仅可以提供网络性能而且有效扩展了网络的覆盖范围。在实验网络中共布设了三个WiMaX基站设备,分别布设在老校区的主楼楼顶(覆盖整个操场)、科技楼3楼楼顶(步行广场)以及科技楼11楼楼顶(覆盖新科技楼);6个CPE(5个分别安装在科技楼和主楼,一个作为移动CPE使用)。每一个CPE可支持多个WLAN接入设备,从而构成由多个移动终端构成的实验网络环境。具体实验网络环境如图1.1所示,其具体测试环境和部分结果如图1.2所示。
在基于MIMO链路条件下,实验系统中的节点可依据周围网络疏密程度以及干扰情况自适应的在不同工作模式间切换从而寻找出在传输容量最大和跳数最小路径双重约束条件下的最优路由。
1) 网络规模为50个(10-20个移动节点及虚拟节点)的多跳分布式网络;
2) 系统的传输速率为54Mbit/s~108Mbit/s;
3) 可支持多业务(数据、语音、图像等)的传输,并根据业务优先级提供不同等级的QoS保证。

二、异构蜂窝与智能终端D2D演示系统
随着异构网络的快速发展,本课题组开发了基于异构网络并发传输试验系统和基于智能终端的多跳直通演示系统。下面,我们分别来介绍这两个演示系统:
1)并发传输实验演示系统
我们以WLAN网络和WIMAX为例搭建了实验演示系统,主要采用了统一队列管理的分流策略,并与固定比例分流策略和轮询策略进行了对比。这里,我们用两个独立的802.11无线网络来模拟上图中的两个独立的异构网络,其中信道1模拟的无线接入网1,信道2模拟无线接入网2。用计算机来表示请求网络数据的客户端用户和提供数据服务的服务器端。让存储在服务器上的数据模拟在多网资源管理MRRM(Multi-Radio Resource Management)处的数据队列,客户端表示多模的数据用户,如图2.1所示。这里,为避免传输层协议对单纯分流策略的影响,我们选择了在应用层进行分流,即TCP之上进行分流。图2.2给出了采用该并发传输系统进行视频传输的效果。图2.3给出了该并发传输演示系统在2012年IEEE Infocom Demo上展示的情况。

2)智能手机的多跳直通演示系统
由于受限于安卓碎片化的现象,目前测试的机型中只有小米1/1s(Android 4.0.4)的WIFI网卡对Ad Hoc网络支持的较好。能够实现随时随地任何条件下的Ad Hoc网络的创建(加入)、退出、自动重连、全连通等功能。因此,目前实验室环境下,我们可以实现构建包含四部小米1s终端的Ad Hoc网络。依托于这个网络,我们能够实现的业务功能包括:1多跳外网访问,即普通节点可以通过基于剩余带宽的路由选择算法选择合适的网关节点进行外网的访问;2多跳内网业务,包括文字消息传输、语音聊天、视频聊天功能、文件传输功能;3路由算法,其包含Ad-hoc网络内部的RIP路由协议算法和蜂窝出口选择算法两个部分。图2.4给出了课题组开发的智能终端软件的示意图。为了测试网络主要性能指标,我们编写了一个测试软件来测试网络基于UDP协议的吞吐量。软件操作界面截图如图2.5所示,左图为发端,右图为收端。更进一步,图2.6给出了采用设计的智能终端软件实现多跳路由的实物测试图。

三、基于USRP的D2D演示系统
该D2D系统演示平台主要基于专用频谱的D2D网络,可实现高通公司提出的FlashLinQ协议和基于FlashLinQ协议改进的DO-Fast协议的整个通信流程。如图3.1所示,在演示平台中,一个无线节点由一台USRP(通用软件无线电外设),一台计算机和一个无线网卡组成。我们使用了软件无线电的技术,USRP完成射频端的处理,如数字上下变频,抽样内插等功能。该USRP平台的特点:基于PC的软件无线电平台;从物理层到应用层开放;可以实现自组织网络节点的系统级的功能验证。而所有波形相关的处理如调制解调等在计算机机上实现,MAC(媒质接入控制)层也在计算机上实现。这里MAC层的D2D协议实现三大功能模块:节点发现模块;寻呼模块;链路调度与数据传输模块。USRP与计算机机间通过USB线相连。无线网卡用来实现全网节点的时间同步,即用无线网卡广播时钟信号的方式来实现全网节点的时间同步,中心节点广播本机的时钟信号,其它节点收到该信号后更新本地时间。
图3.2给出了由4个D2D物理节点构成的D2D演示系统的实际场景,该系统的软件界面在图3.3中给出。最后,图3.4给出了该D2D演示系统进行实际测试时的部分结果。该D2D实验演示系统运行两种典型的D2D调度算法,即FlashLinQ和DO-Fast。测试结果表明:DO-Fast协议能够在兼顾D2D链路调度公平性的前提下有效提高系统的频谱利用效率。

四、Ad Hoc网络演示系统
本课题组所研发的Ad Hoc网络节点采用ARM+FPGA架构,ARM主要完成网络协议和上层应用,FPGA实现MAC协议和AAF;要用来测试和验证MAC协议、网络协议以及传输层协议,可作业务展示;支持VxWorks和Linux操作系统。图4.1和4.2分别给出了Ad Hoc网络节点实物图和工作状态图。图4.3给出了采用该节点进行Ad Hoc网时的实际测试场景图。
